VTuber Model Package Descriptions
Full Model: Ideal for content creation with use of a face tracking software (ex. VSeeFace, 3tene). Includes a full body rigged model with custom hair, outfit, skin textures, body shape, reference sheet, and one set of reactive PNGs (talking and idle poses). You will receive a .vrm file, which is ready to be used in face tracking software. Commercial usage rights are included in model cost. I can provide some instructions on how to set up tracking software and import your model if needed.Outfit: Ideal if you already have a VRoid based model and are looking to commission a new outfit! Comes with commercial usage rights and the outfit as a custom item. I will provide instructions on how to add the outfit to your model (you must have access to your .vroid file and the VRoid Studio program) or simply add the outfit to your existing model (for models previously commissioned from me).Reactive PNG Packages: Ideal for PNGTubers or use as speaking/idle reactive images for Discord calls! Includes a set of 2 PNG files (talking and idle poses). Please discuss posing with me via Twitter DMs before completing the commission form! The images will be either bust-up or full body, depending on commission type. These packages include commercial usage rights.VTuber Reference Sheet: A creative VTuber reference sheet showcasing your model from all angles that also displays the model's colour palette and any specific details of its design. Includes commercial usage rights to the model design. If you decide to later purchase the full body reactive PNG set or full model for a design reference sheet commissioned from me, the cost of the reference sheet will be deducted from the cost of the new commission.Blendshapes (Coming Soon!): I will add blendshapes to your VTuber model using Unity. These allow for more accurate mapping of your facial features to your model. I am still learning how to complete these, hence why they are not offered yet! Additionally, I am researching and testing alternative options for clients who do not own an iPhone (as Blendshapes typically rely on Apple's iFacialMoCap software).MikuMikuDance (MMD) Conversion: I will convert your .vrm file to .pmx (suitable for the MikuMikuDance program) using Unity. The model will retain the bones from the .vrm format and I will not redo any physics or textures. You must own the commercial usage rights to your .vrm file if you plan to use the .pmx to create monetized content. You will also retain commercial rights of the .pmx file upon delivery.Full VTuber Package: Includes VRoid Model package, set of up to 5 panels, and a VTuber model reveal image set for one price! Includes commercial usage rights to all of the elements. Please note that blendshapes are not included and complexity fees may apply. Package elements are valued at a total of $60 CAD!For full models, outfits, or reactive PNGs, the client must have a prepared character or reference sheet. If you do not have this prior to requesting any of these packages, I can work with you to create your character from a mood board or group of images and descriptive text, but will also charge you a design fee. Design reference board must be approved by both parties prior to the commission entering the queue.Complicated accessories include features such as wings, horns, halos, tails, and some animal features. The availability of such features is subject to my current skill level and confidence portraying such features.All prices will be assessed and discussed prior to the beginning of work. Timelines are based on when the client reaches the front of the queue.If you require extended commercial usage rights (such as for selling merchandise using artwork commissioned from me), please discuss this with me individually via Twitter or the commission Discord server. The cost will be +150% of the base commission price.

Terms of Service
Since I am an amateur artist, the quality of my work my vary slightly and is still improving. Thus, I will only request payment after the completion and approval of the work. If the work denied is a panel set, I will remove identifying or branding marks and reserve the right to post said work for free use by other VTubers and streamers on my Ko-fi and BOOTH shops. If the work denied is a VTuber model or model asset, I will remove branding marks and alter the features slightly and reserve the right to then post it for free use by other VTubers as an adoptable on my Ko-fi and BOOTH shops.Payments by PayPal only (prices listed in CAD). You will be sent an invoice for your order total.Commercial usage rights fees are already included in the prices listed. You are allowed to create monetized livestreaming and video content using the model. Extended commercial usage rights must be purchased to use commissioned artwork for merchandise. Models cannot be used to promote or incite hate or harm to others or oneself. Clients' views and actions are not a reflection of my own as the artist.I reserve the right to stream the creation of your commission on my Twitch channel, unless indicated on the request form. I also retain the right to post your completed commission to my portfolio and social media with mention of whom the client is.The client will be sent up to 3 full drafts of the commission prior to final approval. I will also make every attempt to communicate regularly with clients via my commission Discord server regarding progress or issues along the way! Progress can be tracked via the Trello board linked on my commission website or on my commission Discord.Complexity fees will be added based on time spent on complicated elements such as backgrounds or excessive edits requested by the client.I reserve the right to turn down a client based on uncomfortable interactions or topics & themes I am not comfortable portraying. If this happens, it will be clearly communicated to the best of my efforts before payment is made and files are delivered. If the commission is a panel set or model commission, the same rules apply as to denied work.Chargebacks are NOT allowed, as completed work will be approved before payment. Filing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban from my services.VTuber models will come with either skin-tight clothing or underwear/modesty layers.
